Divorce is a devastating experience, even for a man. It can be the worst thing to happen to you. It can ruin your health, your finances, your emotional strength and completely wipe out your feeling of self worth. Sadly, a lot of men never see divorce coming. Every divorce or separation situation is different but there are still some common threads that all men can relate to. This website is intended to help men cope with the depression, anger and self doubts that we all feel while going through a divorce.
Contrary to what many women believe, all men are not belching, farting, snoring slobs - while we may enjoy these activities - some of us have deep rooted tender feelings. Some of us care about our wife, relationships, children, family and friends. Many men sincerely do strive for self improvement.
This site is laid out so that you can easily navigate through it and quickly get to the support information that you are in most need of. There are several stages:
Pre-Divorce/Attempting Reconcilliation
The Divorce Process
Post-Divorce
There are a variety of emotions that a man will encounter while going through these various stages of divorce. I hope that some of this information will be helpful and inspirational to you and will help you become the wonderful, strong, self-assured man that you truly are.
The best part is that all this information is FREE.
I have added a new page, titled "Writing Contributions from other men." This is an area where other men share their own experiences, insights and suggestions with you. You are welcome to add your own ideas. Just email me to add your writing contribution.

I do NOT offer legal advice. What I offer are ideas on how to rebuild your life and rebuild your feeling of worth as a man. This site is focused more towards men who are being divorced by their wife. If you are the one who wants the divorce or you have found someone new, you may still get something out of this site, because I can’t say this enough times - “everything doesn’t always turn out for the best, but you can make the best of how things turn out.”

Living Sober Sucks
The Book
Living Sober Sucks (but living drunk sucks more) - is an alternative to the typical recovery model or "program" system. This book is based on the premise that drinking is a CHOICE. It is entertaining, funny, sad, controversial, profane, inspirational, thought provoking and REAL.
This book was not intended to be a literary masterpiece - it is far from that. It is written in a simple, crude and raw fashion. I wanted it to be easy to read, with understandable and realistic startigies that will be helpful to people that want to live a normal life sober.
Every drunk and every situation is different, which is why I don’t dare claim to have a system that is guaranteed to work for you. I share examples of what you can expect while sobering up and give you ideas and answers for a plan that you might want to try.
It is part memoir, but mostly descriptive ideas to help you maintain and enjoy sobriety. You will be shown ideas on how to stop drinking, maintain sobriety, shed guilt, regain self worth, save money and more, while living a normal life - sober.
My story is not glamorous - this is a story for the rest of us. This is a way to get sober and stay sober for the average person. It is a way to accept the real world with an open mind and live life to its fullest - SOBER.
I cant give the book away for free! If you buy it, you will at least read it and I know that you will get some great ideas out of it. - Thank you, Mark.
Just by following one of my strategies in Chapter #13, you will end up with over $3,600.00 in the bank after 1 year of sobriety.
